Rich Rubinstein is a co-founder and President/CEO of ARHD. Before becoming an entrepreneur, Rich spent 18 years in consumer goods working for Kraft Foods and Acosta Sales and Marketing as an account executive. Rich has a B.S. in Marketing from SUNY at Oswego and an MBA in Finance from Hofstra University.
Rich functions as the CEO/President focusing on Business Development and Account Management. He works diligently with each client to provide a customized solution addressing client’s needs and business objectives. |

Josh Lippy is a co-founder and CTO of ARHD. Before becoming an entrepreneur, Josh worked for Acosta Sales and Marketing and a Network Consulting firm designing, building, implementing and managing a LAN network and creating WAN environments for numerous offices throughout the country.
Josh functions as the CTO of ARHD. He designs and utilizes proven technology to match the specific business needs of ARHD’s clients. Josh also improves ARHD’s processes and technology to provide a consistent technical support and infrastructure management solution. Since ARHD’s inception, Josh has customized several iterations of a cutting edge service delivery platform that defines and manages Help Desk workflow to provide a turnkey service delivery framework to match any organization’s support needs. |

Brian Firth is the Chief Network Engineer and has been with ARHD since 2002. Before joining ARHD, Brian was a Senior Network Engineer at Dakota Imaging Inc., in Columbia, Maryland. Prior to Dakota, Brian spent 10 years in the U.S. Air Force as a Programmer and Help Desk Technician.
Brian is a seasoned Network Engineer with extensive technical knowledge and expertise. He is our “go-to” guy for major projects and problem management. Brian manages large area networks comprised of Cisco products and is involved in bandwidth monitoring. He is a creative problem solver and a disaster recovery expert. |

Ryan Holt is the Manager of IT Customer Support at ARHD. Prior to joining ARHD in 2007, Ryan was a Help Desk Manager and Technical Lead at Educate Inc. for four years with responsibility for an enterprise Help Desk supporting over 1100 remote sites throughout North America.
Ryan has a B.S. in Information Technology. He resides on the local HDI chapter board and is also a HDI Support Center Manager. Ryan’s entire career has been focused in the area of Technical Support. Ryan manages the Help Desk teams that support ARHD’s clients. He specializes in customized Help Desk solutions within organizations of all sizes to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction. |
