Ryan Holt, the Director of IT Services at America's Remote Help Desk, has more than 11 years of Help Desk and IT related consulting and management experience. Prior to joining ARHD in 2007, Ryan was IT Director and Project Manager for Educate, Inc. and was responsible for developing and executing Help Desk processes and procedures for over 1100 remote sites. Ryan is responsible for the day to day operation of service delivery. He oversees the help desk and network engineer technicians to ensure ARHD consistently delivers the highest quality technical service and customer support. His focus is on exceeding clients’ expectations by taking a consultative approach to improve their service level and eliminate inefficiency. Above all else, Ryan is focused on providing the best customized help desk solution for each client.
