A completed maintenance checklist is generated
at the end of each month to clearly show
the proactive services performed
on your network in the past 30 days.
Real-Time 24x7 Monitoring
ARHD has developed customized monitoring
scripts that work in conjunction with our
remote control products to notify our support
teams when key servers or applications are
not functioning properly. Examples of system
health monitored are:
o Server availability
o Up/down status
o Core Services States
o Are services started? Stopped? Hung?
o Mission Critical Service States
o We develop additional customized service
scripts for key applications
o Event Log Monitoring
o Critical system errors that appear in
the event log are scripted to fire off alerts
for immediate attention
